Because our products are fresh, perishable seafood items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. All stone crab claws are harvested to order, packed fresh, and shipped overnight to ensure maximum quality and safety.

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or not in the expected condition, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

We cannot offer refunds for:
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Missed delivery attempts
• Delays caused by the carrier due to weather or uncontrollable events
• Preference-based reasons (size, taste, or expectations)
